To finish with the old politicians, Benin Republic People had decided to vote in April 2008 for Yayi Boni, former President od West African Bank (BOAD in french).

From April 2006, Benin Republic situation has been falling down.

1- The press freedom has been sold by YAYI BONI: Benin , a nice country which has been for a long time the first country in Africa and the 20th in the World fall down respectively to 25th in Africa and 53th in the world.  Yayi has "bought" all the newspapers and made them only talk about his prestige. The three TV broadcast in the country, the public and the private are corrupted and only talk about the glory of YAYI Boni.

2- The religious groups catch him in their net. If you go to Benin currently, you'll find minster organizing public praying instead of working for development. There is no day Yayi Boni in his speech ask to pray for the country. For his message to the nation as the new year comes, he finished by decreting 2008 " as a year of praying and fast. The men he used for the job are mainly pastors evangelic.

3- He also used retired persons who had showed their inefficacity in the past: the custom service boss is a retired and a pastor who had influenced him in a way he made him come back to administration caring less about what the custom officers were saying.

4- Yayi Boni use the strengh of the army to fear the people and to kill people without reason. Two people were shot by his gard in Ouidah and many other had been injured in Cotonou.

5- People of Benin are seeing their mistake since he came to power: he used communication to tell about things he has not done.

He is presented now as a shame for democraty in Benin.
